Ingredients
- grapeseed oil (or other low smoke point oil)
- chicken wings
- Salt

Heat oven: Preheat to 425°F (400°F convect) and prepare the pans. Place aluminum foil down, with cooling rack on top.

Prepare the chicken: Cut chicken wings at joint, into wing and drumstick. Pat the chicken dry and rub with oil. Place on rack and sprinkle with salt.

Bake: Cook until the chicken skin is crispy and golden, approx 40-50 minutes.

Serve: Remove from rack and serve the wings immediately.
